The BA-X Bandai Home Entertainment Interactive System was the name of a prototype game console that had been announced and shown by Bandai at the Tokyo Toy Show in June 1994. 3 months later, the final version was released as the Playdia Quick Interactive System.[1]
Features[]
The prototype featured new advancements, such as a CD-ROM drive and a wireless "Infrared Rays" controller with some differently colored buttons than the final production unit.[2][3]
